Acupuncture, since experiencing it more than 15 years ago, continues to blow my mind in how it has such a positive change in peoples lives… not only mine, but those of my clients. Life can be challenging at the best of times and acupuncture seeks to regulate, restore and rejuvenate, which in turn helps you to engage with life in a healthy and positive way.

Life is good at chucking a curve ball at us when we are least expecting it. This could be anything from a cold, COVID, a bereavement, work, financial and relationship stresses, physical or mental trauma all of which cause injury to the bodys’ energy causing us to feel symptoms which can be intrusive in our lives.
